Riganti can offer a long-established skill for the manufacturing in house of the close dies, being equipped with a CAD-CAM System with 3 CAD 3D posts (Software: Parameter Technology, Taglio) for the industrialization of hot-drop-forged parts and for the manufacturing of dies by using NC programs, besides 2 CAD 2D posts for the equipment lay-out.

Back in 1999 Riganti was the first Italian forging company to implement a forging simulator software, that has been ever since a basic tool for the developing of parts and dies design and the planning of the manufacturing cycle (Click here for video).
